About Me

Hello, I’m Rosy,

I’m so pleased to have you here.

I’m a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist living in West Yorkshire. Alongside private practice, I volunteer with a charity supporting perinatal mental health.

Personally, and as part of my training, I have experienced many different types of therapy, so I know firsthand how powerful and life-changing therapy can be. For me, at it’s best, therapy feels like a relief - a place where you can come, and be yourself, however you feel that day. I strive to provide a place of trust that feels both nurturing and empowering. Where you can speak in confidence and we can work together with what is going on for you.

I know it can be really overwhelming choosing the right person and how daunting it can feel to take the first step. I offer a free 15 minute exploratory call to answer any questions and for you to see if I feel like the right therapist for you.

If this feels the right time for you to begin, or if you have any questions, I’d love to hear from you -please feel free to say hello
